Normamby Hotel

A familiar icon, reimagined. Design acts a translator between past and present... reinterpreting its red-brick romance through a contemporary installation. Design to typology has created a truly beautiful dining experience of the Normanby Hotel bistro. The space celebrates adaptive reuse, retaining the character that locals recognise while elevating it with refined materiality, custom joinery and a furniture palette that feels both grounded and indulgent. Brick, timber and aged metals work in concert to anchor the room, while soft upholstery and sculptural lighting introduce a new level of warmth.
